NEW WIRELESS PHONES
SMART Phone and Photo is an independent, authorized dealer for Verizon Wireless. Through our partnership with Amazon we are also able to sell new AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon phones online.
In the store, we can do Verizon upgrades and activations for most accounts and give you as good or better a deal than you'd get from the corporate Verizon store. Phones bought from us in the store also come with our array of services, see the "Phone Services" link for details.
We are NOT a service center. We can give you guidance and direction on malfunctioning phones. We're indeed quite clever at fixing them. But if your phone is indeed broken and under warranty, you need to take it to the corporate Verizon store.
For phones bought from Amazon via our link, returns and service are handled by Amazon.
For NEW Verizon phones bought here in the store, we do the following for FREE:
1. give you an Egrips non-skid pad for your phone
2. help filling out and sending in the rebate forms
3. program your voice mail
4. move contacts to new phone
5. program your speed dials
6. program/pair bluetooth headset (including cars)
7. put a label on the phone with your number
8. 1 year unlimited in-store support and training (repairs or warranty exchange still has to go direct through Verizon but we'll help you)
